A) How to create a user profile (LMS Enrolment)

On your web browser, go to portal.kwasu.edu.ng and login.

Pay your tuition and other relevant fees.

Complete your course registration.

Generate your Matric. No. (If you are a new student).

Go to LMS Enrolment, then continue with Step 6 after the image below.

On the LMS Enrolment page, select your Academic Session
(Check your completed course registration form to confirm the correct Academic Session). -
Click Submit
(Then see Steps 8 and 9 below for the possible feedback that you might get). -
If successful (as shown in the image below), you will see:
a) a statement that your user profile has been created,
b) the number of courses you registered on KWASU Portal,
and
c) a green-coloured list containing your course codes.
(This means that you can now STOP HERE,
then click here to learn how to log in on KWASU-Virtual).
If unsuccessful, see Step 9 after the image below. -
If unsuccessful (as shown in the image below):
d) you will NOT SEE any list of courses
and/or
d) you will see a red-coloured error message
B) How to resolve issues with "LMS Enrolment"

Use the checklist below to make sure that you have done each of these actions on KWASU Portal:
(start from the top and DO NOT skip any)
a) Have you paid your fees? ___
b) Have you completed your course registration? ___
c) Have you generated your Matric. No.? ___
d) Did you select the correct academic session during the “LMS Enrolment” process? ___
(Check your Course Registration Form for the correct session)
e) Have you checked that your email address is spelt correctly? ___
– To verify this, follow the steps shown in the next image below.
– If you observe any error in the spelling of your email address, then send a request for correction to cithelpdesk@kwasu.edu.ng*
– Keep rechecking until your request is treated.
* In your email, make sure to identify yourself, mention the help you seek, and attach a copy of your course registration form
A misspelt email address on KWASU Portal also prevents LMS Enrolment.
Examples of spelling errors:
Duplication = greatkwasuite@email.comgreatkwasuite@email.com
Addition = mailto:greatkwasuite@email.com -
After ticking ALL the boxes above (10a to 10e), then retry the “LMS Enrolment” process (I.e., Section A above).
